About Spritzer

Spritzer offers high quality Urban and Contemporary dance training for young people aged 4 – adult in Nottingham with classes and performance groups running weekly. Here at Spritzer we aim to push technique, performance skills, confidence and creativity and we aim to train versatility in different dance styles.  Regular guest choreographers include some of the leading industry professionals. Recent Spritzer performers have gone on to dance for the Centre for Advanced Training (CAT), performed in the Nottingham Playhouse pantomimes and stared in the West End tour of The Lion King as well as being accepted at London Contemporary.

Spritzer have a unique collaborative approach to creating performance work and welcome anyone who shows commitment and enthusiasm. Whether you are a talented dancer in any style or a beginner wanting to learn we would love to here from you; we always welcome new members.

Spritzer have benefited from over £15k funding grants over the years from the Youth Bank Initiative, Notts County Council, the Danielle Beccan Memorial Trust, Nottinghamshire Community Foundation and most recently Lloyds Bank. We are very thankful to these funders as this has enabled us to progress professionally as a company.

Spritzer hold in house performances as well as being involved with other professional performance platforms and competitions throughout the year. We also have presentation evenings to highlight our student’s achievements. These events offer all of our students the chance to showcase their talent and hard work. This has massively benefited performers confidence over the years and is definitely key to progressing in the arts.

Classes and performance groups are taught by Amy alongside her hard working and dedicated team of young leaders. Enhanced DBS disclosures as well as Public Liability Insurance adds to the safe dance practice Amy enforces at all classes.
